Mentoring leaders of tomorrow
She was selected as a ‘Mentor of Change’ for the Government of India’s flagship program - Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), established by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog.
Towards India's sustainable growth
She spends couple of hours every month with the assigned ATL - Army Public School, New Delhi, to hone leadership and entrepreneurship skills of students. She interacts with other schools as well to foster deeper connection between teachers and students.

Pursuing her passion for Humanism
A strong proponent of the Humanistic Management approach, Jaba believes that Humanistic management approach must find expression in all disciplines of Management education, be it Finance, Marketing or Human Resources. Mainstreaming this theme would help inculcate humanistic leaders across the spectrum.
Making of Humanistic Managers
Jaba serves as a visiting faculty for Corporate Social Responsibility to colleges like NSIT, University of Delhi and delivers guest lectures in prestigious institutes like Institute of Management Technology, Delhi School of Communications etc.
