Brief summary of a 30-year career
Jaba is an accomplished leader with a career spanning three decades in both the private and development sectors. She has led business and marketing in several leading organizations where her primary role entailed providing people, business and brand leadership.
During her last on-roll employment for over 11 years, as a founding management board member of Centum Learning, Jaba played a critical role in transforming more than 1.2 million lives in 21 countries, increasing the top line from zero (being a start- up) to over 2 Billion Rupees, Centum featuring amongst India’s Top 10 Great Place to Work® 2017 and in securing 37 prestigious awards for Centum.
She has travelled to many countries on different assignments, including Bangladesh, Canada, Japan, Pakistan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom and Zambia. She leverages her experience of working in multi-cultural environments to build trust & rapport with her clients.

Thriving outside the 9 to 5
Jaba's developmental work is borne out of her personal, professional and spiritual journey. She has a 22-year-old daughter, Venika, who graduated from Sarah Lawrence College (SLC), New York. To know more about her, click here.
A member of the Neemrana Music Foundation choir, she feels that music performances truly rejuvenate her spirits. Yoga and simple fitness regimes also remain high on her priority and keep her grounded through the day.
She loves travelling and her most precious moments are those that are spent in forming genuine human to human connections anywhere in the world. Jaba is equally passionate about experimenting with different cuisines and is always keen to explore the local cuisine of every country she travels !
